30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every Breeze™ product. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • The product must have been used only for its intended purpose and according to the provided instructions.
  • The product must not show signs of intentional damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper maintenance.
  • One refund is available per product, per household under this guarantee.
  • Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product only and do not include shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, or optional services unless required by law.
  • We may request photos, videos, or additional information to assess your claim before approving a refund or replacement.
  • In some cases, we may require the product to be returned before a refund is issued.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our designated returns facility. While we are pleased to offer free shipping on eligible orders, return shipping costs are not covered by Breeze™.
  • Products returned without prior authorization from our support team may not be accepted.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue or your experience
  • Photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning correctly

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@trybreeze.co.uk.

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution where applicable. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our designated returns facility.

While we proudly offer free shipping on eligible orders, this applies only to the original shipment from Breeze™ to the customer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

This right may not apply to products that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality, or where hygiene regulations apply.

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
