We want your Breeze™ order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a second email containing your tracking information.

Where We Ship From

To offer premium products at competitive prices, Breeze™ partners with trusted international fulfillment centers. As a result, delivery may take slightly longer than local shipping, allowing us to keep our products affordable without compromising quality.

Estimated Delivery Times

The delivery estimates below begin after your order has been dispatched and do not include our 1–3 business day processing time.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3–15 business days
  • New Zealand: 3–15 business days
  • United States & United Kingdom: 3–15 business days
  • Europe: 3–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Customs clearance, local courier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally extend delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Every Breeze™ order includes tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after your package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. As a result, individual items may arrive on different days.

You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most orders are delivered without additional import charges.

However, depending on your country or region, local customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs processing fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are unsure whether these charges apply in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Incorrect Addresses, Lost or Delayed Shipments

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Breeze™ cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team. We'll investigate the shipment with the carrier and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.
