Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once your order has entered processing.
If we are unable to fulfill, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. If payment has already been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for unauthorized resale, export, or commercial distribution.
Breeze™ reserves the right to refuse or limit orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or violations of these Terms.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Breeze™ products are intended for lawful personal household use only and should always be used in accordance with the user instructions provided with each product.

Breeze™ accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from such misuse.
Our products are designed to improve personal comfort and convenience. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

However, all purchases made through this website are made directly with Breeze™. Shopify acts solely as our ecommerce platform and is not responsible for the products, order fulfillment, customer support, warranties, refunds, or any obligations arising from your purchase.
